How we turned discovering and applying to 50+ local jobs into a single confident action.

Problem

Every application felt like shouting into a void.

Job seekers weren’t failing because they couldn’t find jobs — they were failing because every action felt isolated and invisible.

They searched one platform at a time.
They opened one job at a time.
They re-entered the same details over and over.
Then they waited… with no idea if anyone even saw their application.

Even motivated users dropped off — not from lack of interest, but from lack of momentum.

We weren’t just losing users.
We were losing their belief that effort mattered.

What We Set Out to Build

Early concept of keeping the design simple

AI Blast was designed to turn job hunting into something that feels:

Finite
Powerful
And emotionally rewarding

The goal wasn’t one-click apply.
The goal was one decisive action that replaced hours of scattered effort.

The Core Idea

Instead of forcing users to:

Browse
Filter
Open
Read
Apply
Repeat

We created a single AI-driven action that:
- Finds all matching jobs in the user’s area
- Applies on their behalf
- Shows progress in real time

From searching → to sending → to tracking — in one flow.

The 3-Step Mental Model & AI takeover

Three decisions. One action. Dozens of applications.

Step 1 — Where

Users set a target location and radius.
This instantly limits AI to real, reachable jobs.

Step 2 — What

Users select up to three roles.
This keeps targeting focused without forcing endless filtering.

Step 3 — Go

A single swipe starts the blast.

At this point, the user stops making micro-decisions.
